For a full home, choose Furnished if there is furniture and Empty / unfurnished if there is none. For a kitchen, choose Occupied kitchen if it is in use and Empty kitchen if it has been cleared. Then pick your home size. If your layout is unusual, tell us and we will assess it.

Someone needs to let our team in at the agreed time.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. After that, and before our team arrives, you can move it once for free, subject to availability, or get a 75% refund. If you cancel after using the free late reschedule, the 25% cancellation charge still applies.
