About SafeHands
We provide maid subscriptions, on-demand cleaning, deep cleaning and commercial housekeeping.
Our housekeeping staff work for SafeHands and are supported by local supervisors.
Why we started
We started SafeHands so households could arrange help through one team. We recruit the staff, plan their visits and stay available when a customer needs support.
How we look after your service
- Before the first visit
- Our staff complete identity and background checks, followed by training for the work they will do.
- During your service
- Local supervisors manage visits and arrange cover when your regular professional is unavailable.
- When you need help
- Contact our team about your schedule, agreed work or a service concern.
